What the guarantee provides
An approved claim provides one free 90-day access extension. It creates no Stripe charge, does not alter the original purchase, and is not a refund, cash payment, or promise of a passing result.
Eligibility
- Only the 3-Month Pass qualifies. It must be a legitimate purchase; Free, Monthly, and transferred access do not qualify.
- The exam must be attempted within six calendar months of the qualifying purchase.
- Complete at least 70% of eligible unique ProPrepX practice content before the exam. Repeating an item does not increase completion.
- Provide legitimate official evidence of an unsuccessful exam attempt.
- Submit a claim within 14 days after the applicable exam result.
- The purchase and account must satisfy applicable good-standing requirements. The guarantee is non-transferable and every claim remains subject to verification and approval.
Eligible extensions until you pass
A learner may submit a new claim after a later unsuccessful attempt. New official evidence is required and the applicable eligibility and good-standing conditions are evaluated again. Each approved claim creates a separate, append-only 90-day Guarantee extension.
Claims process
Submit a private proof reference from Account. An authorized administrator reviews each claim. False, altered, transferred, refunded, reversed, or disputed qualifying evidence may be rejected or placed under review.
