What we collect
Account data includes name, email, authentication identifiers, sessions and cookies. Learning data includes Practice sessions, attempts, Mock exams and results, progress, mastery, readiness, reviews, and question reports. Commercial records include memberships, entitlements, Stripe identifiers and payment, subscription, refund, dispute, Guarantee claim, and exam-proof references. Operational data includes administrative audit history, security events, and application logs.
Why we use it
We use information to authenticate users, deliver and personalize learning, measure progress, administer access and billing, review Guarantee claims and question reports, prevent abuse, support users, and meet legal and operational obligations. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
Providers and payment cards
Verified providers include GitHub for authentication, Stripe for payment services, Neon for managed database infrastructure, and Vercel for application hosting. They may process data in other jurisdictions under their safeguards. ProPrepX does not store raw payment-card details handled by Stripe.
Retention and deletion
Account identity and required billing, Guarantee, security, and audit evidence may be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes. Learning activity may be removed or anonymized after the account has no active full access and has had no authenticated activity for at least two months. Question-report quality evidence may be preserved without learner identity. Cancellation does not immediately delete learning history, and removed history is not reconstructed if a learner returns.
Security and requests
We use access controls, encrypted transport, provider safeguards, and auditable administrative processes. No system is completely secure. You may request access or correction, or ask about deletion, subject to identity verification and lawful retention requirements.
