Monthly
Monthly renews automatically. Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal; paid access continues to the end of the current period and unused days are not prorated. A failed renewal receives three days of continued access to update payment. If unresolved, paid access ends. Refund exceptions may be reviewed where required by law, for duplicate charges or billing errors, or in an authorized exceptional case.
3-Month Pass
This is a one-time purchase providing 90 days of access and is generally non-refundable, including for change of mind, unused time, or an unsuccessful exam. Eligible Pass Guarantee claims provide access extensions, not refunds. Legal, duplicate-charge, billing-error, or authorized exceptional cases may be reviewed.
Refund consequences
A completed full refund ends corresponding paid access and Guarantee eligibility. A partial refund does not reduce access proportionally and requires manual review. Accounts, required billing evidence, and learning history are not automatically deleted.
Payment disputes
A dispute may suspend affected access and Guarantee eligibility while reviewed. If payment is restored, legitimate remaining access may be restored. If permanently reversed, corresponding access and Guarantee eligibility end. A dispute does not automatically ban or delete the account.
