Service and accounts

ProPrepX is an independent exam-preparation service and is not an official examination authority, regulator, or code publisher. You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and must not share, transfer, resell, scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.

Educational use

Materials support study and professional development but do not guarantee a result or replace official codes, training, legal requirements, or professional judgment. Learner submissions and evidence must be legitimate and respect others' rights.

Plans and billing

Monthly is CAD $29.99 and automatically renews monthly until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access remains through the paid period; unused days are not prorated. A failed initial payment creates no paid access. A failed renewal receives a three-day grace period, after which unresolved paid access ends.

The CAD $69.99 3-Month Pass is a one-time, 90-day purchase and is generally non-refundable. It alone may qualify for the Pass Guarantee. Taxes may apply where required.

Refunds, disputes, and Guarantee

The Refund & Cancellation Policy and Pass Guarantee Terms form part of these Terms. Full refunds end corresponding access; partial refunds require review. A payment dispute may suspend access and Guarantee eligibility while reviewed. A lost dispute may terminate both without automatically deleting the account.

Suspension and ownership

ProPrepX and its licensors retain rights in the service and learning materials. We may restrict or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, abuse, infringement, or material breach, using proportionate review where appropriate.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or exam success. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected service in the preceding three months. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Ontario framework and updates

These Terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Material updates will be posted with a revised date. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.
